Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Cresthaven Analytics LLC ("Cresthaven," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website at cresthavenanalytics.com and any intelligence products delivered via email or other channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Cresthaven Analytics provides AI-structured regulatory intelligence briefs derived from publicly available primary government and institutional sources. Our service monitors official releases from regulatory agencies, enforcement bodies, and government institutions, and delivers structured intelligence briefs to subscribers via email.
Important Disclaimer: Cresthaven Analytics is an intelligence product. It does not constitute financial advice, legal advice, investment advice, or any form of professional counsel. Our briefs are informational summaries of publicly available government actions and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any business, investment, compliance, or legal decision.
3. Subscription Tiers
We offer four subscription tiers: Basic ($149/month), Professional ($299/month), Executive ($799/month), and Enterprise (from $3,999/month). Each tier provides different levels of coverage, delivery frequency, seats, and features as described on our pricing page. All tiers receive identical brief quality — tiers control speed, coverage scope, seats, and packaging only.
Each tier is also available on an annual plan at a discount: Basic $1,500/year, Professional $2,988/year, Executive $7,988/year, and Enterprise $39,828/year. Annual plans carry the same entitlements as their monthly equivalents.
4. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on the cycle you choose at checkout, monthly or annual. By subscribing, you authorize Cresthaven Analytics to charge your payment method on that recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. If Cresthaven is not right for you, we will refund you in full within your first two months of subscription — no questions asked. After that, we will always refund your most recent billing period on request, for as long as you remain a subscriber. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike; on an annual plan, "most recent billing period" means the most recent month of service, prorated.
The one exception is termination for a breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, described in that policy, where no refund is provided.
5. Permitted Use
Your subscription grants you a non-transferable license to receive and use Cresthaven intelligence briefs for your own professional purposes, across the number of seats included in your tier. Unless your tier carries redistribution rights, you may not forward, share, republish, or distribute briefs to any third party.
Executive subscribers may redistribute Cresthaven briefs within their organization and to their direct clients, provided Cresthaven attribution is maintained. Enterprise subscribers hold an organization-wide redistribution license on the same attribution terms. In both cases redistribution does not include resale, sublicensing, or public republication. Basic is a single-user license; Professional is licensed to the seats included in the tier.
Programmatic access (API and connected AI assistants) is available on Professional and above. Access credentials are issued per subscriber and must not be shared, resold, or used to extract the archive on behalf of a third party. Redistribution rights, where granted above, apply to briefs however you receive them — email, portal, or API.
6. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Cresthaven Analytics, including brief formats, AI-generated analysis, synthesis paragraphs, and website content, is the intellectual property of Cresthaven Analytics LLC. The underlying government source documents referenced in our briefs remain in the public domain.
For copyright infringement claims related to our content, please refer to our DMCA Policy & Designated Agent.
7. Accuracy and Reliability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of our intelligence briefs. However, Cresthaven Analytics does not warrant that briefs are error-free, complete, or current at the time of reading. Government sources may update, retract, or modify their releases after our briefs are generated. Users should verify critical information against primary sources before making consequential decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cresthaven Analytics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to damages arising from decisions made based on brief content, service interruptions, or data inaccuracies.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
