This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of Cresthaven Analytics services and intelligence products. By subscribing, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Permitted Use

Cresthaven intelligence briefs are intended for professional use by the individual subscriber. Permitted uses include:

• Reading and using briefs for personal professional decision-making
• Referencing brief content in internal work product (with attribution)
• Sharing briefs within your organization if you hold an Executive tier subscription with redistribution license

3. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Redistribution without license: Forwarding, sharing, republishing, or distributing briefs to third parties without an active redistribution license (Executive tier)
• Commercial resale: Reselling, sublicensing, or repackaging Cresthaven content for commercial purposes
• Automated access: Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, download, or extract content from our services
• Misrepresentation: Presenting Cresthaven content as your own original analysis or as financial, legal, or investment advice
• Competitive use: Using our service to build or inform a competing intelligence product
• Account sharing: Sharing login credentials or subscription access with individuals not covered by your subscription

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including legal remedies where warranted.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of Cresthaven content, please report it to support@cresthavenanalytics.com. For copyright infringement claims specifically, refer to our DMCA Policy & Designated Agent.
